Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act by this court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 28, 2014 at the Busan Detention Center, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On January 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50, delivered a penphone to C, without compensation, approximately 0.15 g of the mephones, a local mental medicine, on the street in front of the bron boom (mutual insular insular column) of the swine State located in the Dong, Seo-gu, Busan, Busan; and (b) received a penphone.

2. The Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.1g of marijuana in the pipe at the time of May 2017’s residence (Seoul Metropolitan City D original 304, Kimhae-si) and inserting the smoke in a manner of inhaleing it by attaching the smoke to a racker.

3. At the time of around 13:50 on June 9, 2017, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.015g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the residence (the above D 2ndum 304) and dilution with water, and administering phiphones in a way of injection into the arms.

4. At around 14:00 on June 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried a penphone or marijuana, containing approximately 2.04g, 1.63g, 0.71g, and 0.16g of plastic bags containing four plastic bags and four plastic bags containing 0.16g, in order to smoke marijuana, at the time of residence (the foregoing D main room); and (b) carried a penphone by inserting four plastic bags containing 0.08g, in total, 5.08g and 0.16g, respectively.
