1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from June 9, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff lent 10,00,000 won to the defendant on April 2, 1997, 10,000 won on October 1, 1997, and 10,000,000 won on September 19, 2001, respectively, and the defendant renewed a loan certificate to the plaintiff on October 31, 2006, which is within the meaning of confirming the total amount of 30,00,000,000 won on September 31, 2006, and may be recognized by taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings as a whole.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30,000,000 won with 20% interest per annum from June 9, 2015 to the day of full payment after the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due reason, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
