When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.079% of blood alcohol concentration on April 23:25, 2015, driven BMF5 car volume from the front day of the French Gyeyang-dong located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front day at approximately five kilometers.
