A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 120 hours of the sexual assault treatment lecture.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime on July 23, 2014;

A. At around 12:20 on July 23, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim C, who discovered that the victim C (n, 38 years of age) returned the food board in front of the entrance of the second floor restaurant of the E-building No. D located in Ansan-si, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim C by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the female after the left side.

B. On July 23, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim F by compulsion: (a) discovered that water purifiers and the victim F (n, 24 years of age) around the second underground restaurant of the building E in question were in order to store water on the instant cup; (b) discovered that the victim F (n, 24 years of age) was in order to commit an indecent act against the female; and (c) committed an indecent act by force by dividing both the victim’s breast parts into the left part of the arms.

2. On July 28, 2014, around 12:50 on July 28, 2014, the Defendant discovered that the victim C (n, 38 years of age) was in the front of the restaurant of “H” located in the Gu G during Ansan-si, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s right her hand, following the awareness that the victim C (n, e.g., 38 years of age) would commit an indecent act against the female.

3. On August 18, 2014, around 12:50 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim I (the 32 years old), who passed around the building, to enter the above building in front of the rest entrance of the building behind the building as indicated in paragraph (1), and attempted to commit an indecent act against the female; (b) went through the left side of the building; (c) made a forced contact with the entire parts of the part of the arms sold from the left shoulder to the hands of the Defendant’s arms.
