A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates an incorporated association C.

No one shall invite a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means, such as a false statement of fact or a false fidelity guarantee, or make a false application for a visa or a visa issuance certificate, and any person shall not make preparations or conspires with intent to commit such crime.

1. D (D; hereinafter referred to as “D”) of the nationality of D B, which is a joint crime with D, is a false invitation hub for providing and arranging a false invitation to the Republic of Korea in return for money from foreigners.

On July 2015, the Defendant received a proposal from D, who was introduced by the head of the Eastern E, stating that “The Defendant would offer an amount of money of KRW 2 million per week, which is the subject of punishment for money by entering the Republic of Korea,” and accepted the proposal, and had the intent to make false invitation.

At the residence and office of the defendant in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the defendant in 202 around the above day, the defendant prepared a false letter of invitation stating "H leader training and inquiry training" in the column for invitation with the knowledge that he/she is not a person who creates E and intends to enter the Republic of Korea to punish money, and falsely sent the letter of invitation, etc. to D through international mail. On August 4, 2015, the defendant sent the letter of invitation, etc., with the knowledge that he/she is not a person who has requested D to invite, and the above letter of guarantee stating "H leader training and inquiry training" and the letter of guarantee stating "training training and training of E and H leader leader."

In addition, the Defendant conspired with D from August 4, 2015 to October 28, 2016, and as described in attached Table I, 16 persons, i.e., business from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea, are 36 times in collusion with D.
