When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car in B SP area.

On March 4, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a section of approximately 1 kilometer from the roads of Gyeyang-gu in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, 46, 1070 to the front of the 1687 unit located in the same Gu funeral (Sitchdong), while under the influence of alcohol by 0.154% of blood alcohol concentration on March 4, 2014.
