1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 17,30,984 and as a result, from November 29, 2018 to November 19, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a mutual aid business entity that has entered into a mutual aid agreement with respect to the E buses owned by Jeju Viewing Service (hereinafter “Plaintiff-Motor Vehicle”).
B. At around 13:20 on March 2, 2015, Nonparty F, while driving the Plaintiff’s vehicle and driving the Plaintiff’s vehicle along the two-lane road from the G private distance room to the Jeju prison room, came to turn to the left at the front of H G located at the Jeju City (an intersection where no traffic is controlled; hereinafter “instant intersection”); in the opposite direction, Defendant C was driving the I Truck owned by Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant”) along the two-lanes between the two-lanes of Defendant C and the two-lane, but there was an accident that conflict between Defendant C’s vehicle and Defendant’s vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident”).
C. On May 21, 2015 and March 5, 2015, the Plaintiff paid the Plaintiff’s passengerJ totaling KRW 252,990, the sum of the medical expenses and damages incurred on May 21, 2015 and March 5, 2015, and KRW 3,127,320, May 21, 2015, and KRW 541,550, and the sum of the medical expenses incurred on May 21, 2015, from April 2, 2015 to August 14, 2017, including KRW 20,848,50, and KRW 10,741,60, KRW 31,50, KRW 301, KRW 3050, KRW 1050, KRW 1505, KRW 207, KRW 30815, KRW 207, KRW 10505, KRW 207, the Plaintiff and KRW 157507,57.15.
