Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to prevent infectious diseases, the Minister of Health and Welfare, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall take measures to hospitalize or isolate the infected in an appropriate place for a certain period, or take some measures necessary therefor, and no person shall comply with such measures.

On April 10, 2020, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport and was suspected of having contacted with the patient with an infectious disease. From the Seosan market, the isolation period was from April 10, 2020 to April 24, 2020, for the prevention of the “conavi infection infection-19” of the first-class infectious disease infectious disease infectious disease disease disease disease diseases of the Republic of Korea, and was taken a isolation measure against a person who enters Seosan-si B whose residence is the Defendant’s residence.

Nevertheless, from April 24, 2020 to 19:06 on the same day, the Defendant moved away from the dwelling place of the Defendant, who was the above isolation place, to the road front of the Seosan Public Bus Terminal located in 190 Seog-si, Seosan-si, and did not comply with the measures for isolation.
