Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On December 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around December 20, 2018, at the community hall of the Incheon Cheongjin-gun, the Defendant: (b) designated the victim E, who was sent to the candidate for this Chapter at the time, from among approximately 40 village residents, including D, F, G, etc., and (c) called, “victim E is a person who files a civil petition against Dong Ne that person; (d) whether a person who files a civil petition or injects a civil petition against Dong Ne is expected to go to this Chapter.”

However, there was no fact that the victim filed a civil petition against the person with the same age such as the defendant.

As a result, the defendant spreads false facts and obstructs the election campaign to be elected in the election for the benefit of the victim as a candidate for the benefit of this Chapter.
