The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2016, the Defendant prepared a false complaint about D at the office of the Defendant located in the 8th floor of Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon District Office, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and submitted the above complaint to the civil petition office of the Busan District Police Station, which is located in Seosandong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, on June 30, 2016.

The written complaint was that "The defendant C, a small machinery that could not be used after being requested by the complainant on March 28, 2012, with the installation of the golf scrap machinery from the complainant on or around March 28, 2012, is punished by deceiving 6 million won of the installation cost."

After that, on June 30, 2016, the Defendant sent 6 million won to the Defendant Nonparty Nonparty to the investigation station at the Busan Police Station and the E team office at the time of the investigation on the above Daejeon, and the Defendant supplied the Defendant Nonparty with machinery that “on March 28, 2012, the Defendant Nonparty her phone to pay KRW 6 million to her own.” On the same day, the Defendant sent 6 million won to the Defendant Nonparty.

Therefore, the defendant, who returned the above machinery to the defendant plaintiff, stated that the above 6 million won has not been returned so far, the defendant plaintiff supplied the machinery which belongs to himself and does not work at all and is paid."

However, in fact, the above machinery was not broken out, and the Defendant purchased another machinery after purchasing the above machinery from D, and the Defendant continued to keep the said machinery in custody with D while returning it or selling it again to others, and at the time of the purchase of the said machinery, D was in custody and did not have received the price of the machinery.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to D for the purpose of having D punished criminal punishment.
