Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim D(the age of 42) was locked and diving the key of the clothes room at the fourth floor of the "Cuping soup" located in Busan Shodong-gu B, the Defendant cut the key of the clothes room by using a string of the eyebrow, which was prepared in advance, and then stolen one key (978 No. 978) and then cut up on the sixth floor where the victim was deprived of the key, and then cut off the 3,000 won in cash by opening the clothes room and cutting down the cryp labbbus in that room.
