Reasons
1. The reason why the court's explanation on this part of the basic facts is the same as that of "1. Basic Facts" of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

In full view of the following circumstances that are acknowledged by adding all the arguments to the entries in the judgment of the court of first instance as cited in paragraph (1), and the written statements in Section 3 through 8, the plaintiff vehicle was parked on the right side of the site where the accident in this case occurred, and there is a proximate causal relation between the plaintiff vehicle and the accident in this case, and the defendant suffered damage due to the accident in this case, the above assertion that there is no obligation to compensate the plaintiff for damages or pay insurance money to the defendant is without merit.
(i) The instant accident occurred between the negligence of parking the Plaintiff’s vehicle in the area where E is prohibited from parking and the negligence of the Defendant’s drinking driving, etc., so the Plaintiff, the insurer of E, is liable to compensate the Defendant for the damages incurred by the Defendant due to the instant accident within the scope of the fault of E.
A. Although the Defendant was negligent in driving the Plaintiff’s vehicle under drinking conditions, even to the Plaintiff’s driver E, it was negligent in parking the Plaintiff’s vehicle at the point of occurrence of the instant accident, even though the point of occurrence of the instant accident is high and is prohibited from stopping.
