Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in use of a prohibited act in which property or property benefits are provided to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

On January 1, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 200,000 in the deposit account designated at the Internet site (B, etc.) of the “B” (sports soil) at the address of the Defendant: (a) connected the said site by using the relevant game money; and (b) predicted the boarding plaque of domestic and foreign sports games, such as a stable, deaf-gu, and camping district; and (c) performed an act of gambling sports sports sports sports in Korea and abroad from January 1, 2013 to December 15, 2013; and (d) deposited KRW 13,620,000 in total over 59 times from December 15, 2013, as indicated in attached Table 1 and Table 2, connected the said game money to the said site by using the corresponding game money; and (e) predicted the act of gambling sports in Korea and abroad, such as a stable, deaf-gu, and sports sport.
