A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on April 23, 2010, and a summary order of KRW 5 million by the same court on November 22, 2010.

1. Around 16:10 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 2 km from around 16:20 on the same day before the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon to Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the passage of Samsung Digital until about 16:20 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the same provision.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents was engaged in driving a gallon car.

On May 15, 2014, the Defendant, as in the preceding paragraph of the Daejeon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, transferred the yellow distance from three-lanes prior to Samsung Digital to the three-lanes of carbon disease control from the sene-distance flood protection area to the three-lanes of carbon disease control.

Since there is a center line of yellow-ray, there was a duty of care to safely operate the vehicle to the driver of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the part of the victim E (the 52-year-old driving) driving in front of the FYF Station from the victim E (the 52-year-old driving) driving in the direction of the car in front of the passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused injury to the victim E by occupational negligence in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, such as satis, etc., and satisfy to the victim G (V, 53 years of age) who was on board the above YF Bata, requiring approximately five weeks of medical treatment.
