1. The Plaintiff’s share of 144 square meters in Jeju-si B cemetery, C cemetery 84 square meters in Jeju-si, and D cemetery 370 square meters in Jeju-si, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In the land cadastre as indicated on the land cadastre, the land in question is unregistered as the B cemetery No. 144m2, C cemetery No. 84m2, and D cemetery No. 370m2 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant land”). The land cadastre indicated that “G” residing in “Ei” on July 15, 1913 (in the case of the area called “Ei” in 33 years and 1895, it was named as “Fri” in 1953) was entered as the circumstance.
B. The Plaintiff’s family members and the Plaintiff’s inheritance-related Plaintiff’s family members were born in 1882 and resided in Jeju City I in 1920 and died in 1920 (the nine-year period) and the J succeeded to the Republic of Korea. The her heir died in 1963, and the heir died in 1963 (the 1956 death) of the former wife K (the 1942).
⑤ Since then, on February 22, 1967, the Plaintiff’s inheritance shares at the time became 68/273 as shown in the separate sheet, and there is no change even after the death.

2. The name “G”, the assessment titleholder of the Plaintiff’s assertion, was the name of “H”, the Plaintiff’s land of this case, which was located only at the home, and the name was entered in the land cadastre, resulting in a problem inconsistent with “H” as indicated in the certified copy of the title.
The land of this case was a place where the Plaintiff’s ancestor’s scoods were born, and all of the Plaintiff’s Habi H was considered at the time of 1913, and thereafter H’s descendants were in charge of the scood and scoods, etc., and in recent years, there was also the fact that H’s scoods all were dead.
Ultimately, the land of this case is inherited in succession by the Plaintiff, etc. after being examined by H, the Plaintiff, etc., and the name on the land cadastre is indicated as “G” and the name on the certified copy of the land cadastre.
