Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant, as a member of the Chungcheong Construction Machinery Headquarters branch, committed assault, such as sub-consorting a slope C’s failure belonging to the Happing Agency of the Happing Construction Machinery, on the ground that the Defendant attended the 173th Audio-gun Audio-gun Audio-gun’s Parking Lots at the 173th Audio-gun Audio-gun Audio-gun, an attempt to enter the Mapping Party during the assembly, but the Defendant was dismissed by the Happing Party.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties for the maintenance of public order of police officers.
