Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 04:50 on June 6, 2010, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with the victim D in a singing room located in Yangsan City B, the Defendant was off the victim’s face while drinking alcohol on the ground that the victim would have expressed his/her desire to grow under the influence of alcohol; and (b) taken the face into his/her hand several times, and took the face.

As a result, the defendant put the victim into the left-hand eye where the number of days of treatment can not be known.

B. On July 6, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on July 6, 2010, the Defendant: (b) demanded money from the previous Defendant to the other customers within the main place of G operated by the Victim F in Yangsan-si; and (c) on the ground that the Defendant’s appearance is good because it is not good that he would not drink when the Defendant was found in his shop; and (d) the Defendant was able to take a bath to the victim on the ground that he would not drink.

As a result, the defendant damaged the victim's tables that could not know about the repair dog.
