1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts without dispute;

A. The Plaintiff is the mother of the network D, the husband of the deceased, and the Defendant C’s punishment.

B. On October 28, 2013, the Deceased committed suicide by cutting the neck at the house located in the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, with the string of his/her house.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that Defendant B committed frequently a brupt and assault against the deceased for more than six months prior to the death of the deceased, thereby bullyinging the deceased. Defendant C neglected and insulting the deceased, thereby committing suicide resulting in a euthanas.

As the husband of the deceased, Defendant B is obligated to prevent suicide of the deceased due to his preceding act, and the Defendants neglected the deceased and caused suicide.

Since the Deceased committed suicide due to these illegal acts by the Defendants, the Defendants are obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages amounting to KRW 50,000,000 and damages for delay.

B. The Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit, since there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
