A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00, at the “D restingel” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) laid down the victim E, who is the customer, with one dynasium and one dynasium 3.80,000 won in sight of the market price where the victim E, the customer, was placed adjacent to another victim; and (c) opened the clothes hynasium and 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim while keeping them in custody.

2. The Defendant, around 04:00 on June 16, 2013, at the “G restingel” located in Busan Dong-gu F, Busan, the Defendant: (a) sent the key to clothes No. 30, where the victim H, who was the customer, was sleeped in front of the toilet; and (b) stolen KRW 5,000 in cash, which was kept in custody, of the victim’s possession.

3. On June 29, 2013, at around 04:20, the Defendant stolen KRW 28,000 in cash owned by the victim, who had the key adjacent to the other victim K, who is the customer, with the key facing the other victim’s crepit, and kept in custody.

4. On June 29, 2013, the Defendant, at around 04:23, 2013, with the key of the victim L, a customer, was set up in the “Jash”, and took advantage of the key to the other victim’s triggerion, thereby cutting down KRW 2 million in cash and KRW 5,000 in the market price owned by the victim who was kept there.

5. At around 06:30 on June 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the clothes of the victim’s name unclaimed box, where the key of clothes is displayed at a nbrying place located in Ulsan-gu M, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and then cut down KRW 80,000 in cash on the part of the victim who was kept there.
