A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2016, the Defendant sent 600,000 won to an account (3504373083) designated by the above site operator in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Gunb Group (E) in the Internet illegal gambling site C operated by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation of the Olympic Games and by a person other than the entrusted business entity using a mobile phone, and deposited 600,000 won in the name of the Gunb Group (35043083) from the Gunb Group (E) designated by the above site operator to pay the corresponding game money, after cutting the game money on the plaque of various sports events, such as the domestic and foreign axis, camping, and the deaf-gu building 1106, and receiving the dividend in accordance with the result, the Defendant deposited the total amount of 30,000 won from May 3, 2013 to 30,000 won as shown in the attached list of crimes.
