1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 400,000,000 and 24% per annum from September 3, 2008 to the date of full payment.

1. On September 3, 2008, the Defendants prepared and executed a notarial deed of a monetary loan agreement with the purport that the Defendants shall jointly and severally pay KRW 400 million to the Plaintiff as interest rate 2% per month, and as of September 3, 2010 on the due date.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 40 million won and the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from September 3, 2008 to the day of full payment.
