B On October 31, 2017, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on November 8, 2017 and is currently under suspended execution.

A From March 16, 2019 to March 26, 2019, from Seongdong-gu Seoul (Seoul) from the first floor to the 26th day of the same month, “D” game apparatus installed and operated an illegal game room. Defendant B is a person who has worked for the role of managing books and settlement in the above illegal game room from March 22, 2019 to the 26th day of the same month and monitoring whether it is regulated outside the game room, and one person who has worked for the role of managing employees in the game room, SD cards, charging for money exchange, and money exchange, and one person who has worked for the employee in the above illegal game room, F, G, and H as an employee who has worked for the cruel, etc. in the above illegal game room.

Afterwards, the game points, which are the result of the game acquired by the above customers using the above game products, were calculated as 100 won per cash per 100 points and exchanged to customers.
