1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.

(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) from January 1, 2018.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. Around December 2011, the Plaintiff leased the instant real estate to Defendant B (i.e., the instant lease agreement) on or around December 201, the Plaintiff leased each of the instant real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to Defendant B (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on or around December 201, 201 under the following conditions:

- Monthly rent of KRW 5,00,000 (Additional Tax Map) - From October 20, 2013 to 54 months from the lease term of this case, this is the same as April 19, 2018 (the date when Defendant B operated a restaurant in the instant real estate) which is the expiration date of the lease term of this case under the instant lease contract. However, Defendant B, after completing business registration under the name of Defendant B on October 17, 2013, began to operate a restaurant in the instant real estate.

(Evidence No. 7, No. 3, and Witness D’s Testimony). Defendant B, who is not paid the rent of Defendant B, shall enter into the instant lease agreement with the Plaintiff as follows.
