A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud and one year and six months, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on October 6, 201.

1. On March 10, 2014, at the D convenience store located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (a) viewed the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, who laid the cans and coffee up to a spaw, and took a bath to the victim E (23 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant; (b) took a look at the victim, who was an employee of the Defendant; (c) had the victim faced the victim a sum of KRW 75,00,000 in the market price, such as medicines and fruits kept at the display stand, and over the victim’s face at least once. At the time of the victim’s spawning, the Defendant sawd the victim’s 14 days at the victim’s face by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim and damaged the property of the victim management.

2. At the same place at around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender by the police officer G (51 years of age) belonging to the F District District of the Gwangju Dong Police Station, Gwangju, Dong Police Station, and called the Defendant at the same place, and arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and thereby carrying the Defendant on the back seat of the H patrol vehicle, thereby opening the back glass hold part of the above patrol vehicle’s back glass bars and the sunlight of the above patrol vehicle to cover repair expenses on several occasions, and continuously carrying out the bath and verbal abuse “I am and knick, I am. I am.” In doing so within the above patrol, the Defendant saw the victim’s right hand on the victim’s right hand for 14 days by taking the victim’s back head at several times, and brought the victim’s back hand on the victim’s right hand at one time, including salt and tension with other parts requiring treatment for 14 days.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the goods used by public offices, inflicted an injury on G who executes the 112 reported mobilization and the arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time interfered with his official duties.
