Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is an incorporated association established in 1986 with the grounds for the establishment of Article 24 of the C law, and is an organization pursuing the improvement of quality and dignity of C, the improvement of the C system, and the efficient performance of duties.
The plaintiff is a member of the defendant as C.
B. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant publicly announced the registration of the candidate for the election of the 17th executive group consisting of one chairperson and two vice-chairpersons (hereinafter “instant election”) from January 12, 2017, with the term of office of two years and two vice-chairpersons.

(4) On October 17, 2017, D was conducted from November 17, 2017 to October 18, 2017, and D candidates were elected as executive group members, and registered as candidates for executive group No. 1 of the symbol. C. Of the rules set forth by the Defendant, the provisions on the appointment of officers, and the rules on the appointment of officers, the matters pertaining to the instant case are as follows.
Article 14 (Election of Officers) (1) of the Rules of the Association of B shall be elected at a general meeting.
(2) The procedures, methods, etc. for the election of executives shall be governed by "Regulations on the election of human resources".
(3) Standing directors may be appointed from among the executives recommended by the chairperson upon a resolution of the board of directors.
Article 4 (Duties of Committee) (1) of the Regulations on the Appointment of Officers shall be election management and election campaigns in order to ensure a fair election.
