A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected on June 4, 2014 at the sixth simultaneous local election C's constituency for a member of the local council of the Korean National Assembly, which was implemented on June 4, 2014.
