Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:50, at the front of the D cafeteria located in Yongsan-si, Changwon-si C, the Defendant: (b) received a report that he did not pay a taxi fee; and (c) received a report that the Defendant carried a scam at the site; and (d) took a bath to F for the security guards belonging to the Mapo-gu Police Station E box, which was called to the site; and (e) committed assault, such as assaulting the F on the right hand of the vehicle at the time, thereby obstructing police officers from performing their duties
