Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On May 20, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement, etc.) with Defendant B, a broker under the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act, as the broker of Defendant B, and 401 out of multi-family houses located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and the said multi-family house is “the instant multi-family house”.

(A) A lease agreement with a security deposit of KRW 153,00,000 and the term of lease from May 29, 2012 to May 29, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

3) The “matters of right, other than ownership,” written by Defendant B at the time of brokerage of the instant lease agreement and delivered to the Plaintiff is indicated in the “matters of right other than ownership” with respect to the site and building of the instant multi-family house, but the “matters of right regarding the actual relation of right or the object not publicly notified,” does not state any details regarding the amount of lease deposit for other lessees residing in the instant multi-family house at the time of the instant multi-family house, the timing of lease agreement, the completion period, etc.
