1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Basic Facts

Defendant B is the owner of a multi-family house with 231 square meters of the D site and the fourth floor above that ground (hereinafter “instant house”).

Defendant C is a licensed real estate agent conducting real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “E,” and entered into a mutual aid agreement between Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) with a view to guaranteeing liability for property damage incurred to the parties to a transaction in connection with brokerage business during a period of time from June 30, 2014 to June 29, 2015 (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).

On April 28, 2015, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant C, leased 204 units of the instant housing owned by Defendant B from Defendant B, with a deposit of KRW 60 million, monthly rent of KRW 200,000, and the lease term of two years.

3. 3. The registration of ownership transfer was completed.

On February 17, 2017, the establishment registration of the instant housing and its site was completed on April 27, 2015, before the date on which the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement with respect to the instant housing and its site on April 27, 2015, which was before the date on which the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement. The establishment registration was completed on March 3, 2016, with respect to the instant housing and its site, and the debtor was changed to F on March 3, 2016.
