A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around October 19, 2014, along with his infinites, and the Defendant: (b) 19:10, the Defendant: (c) she: (a) boarded gas pipes between the houses passing through the G Apartment apartment in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (d) and the unknown names on the alleyway; and (b) she attempted to escape from the place of play on the body of the injured children, who were divingd in the small room in order to steal precious metals, through the inner window that was not corrected under C Apartment 301, where the victim D (the age 56) resides.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property in collaboration with the person who was not injured in his name.

2. At around 17:00 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a house with a gas pipeline in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) through an inner window not corrected under 201, where the victim F (the age of 32) resides in, and entered the house; (c) two gold bars with a view to at least 1.50,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; (d) one gold bars with a view to at least 400,000 won in the market price; and (e) two gold bars with two gold bars with a view to at least 1.5 million won in the market price; and (e) one set of two gold bars with a half price of at least 50,000 won in the market price; (e) six gold belts with a half price of at least one million won in the market price; and (e) six million won in sight with a view to the market price of at least 500,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

[2014 Highest 3709] On December 24, 2010, the Defendant: (a) laid down the gas pipelines of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G lent from the house through the Galet window not corrected under 202, in which the victim H resides; and (b) stolen the Plaintiff’s market price of KRW 18 km and one half of the net gold bars amounting to KRW 200,000,000, market price of the Plaintiff’s ownership.
