Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.176% on blood alcohol level around 05:48, the Defendant driven the said car, and led the D-ray in front of the petition Gu C, Cheongju-si, to the E-section from the offside of the Changho Park.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to observe the traffic signal, to see the right and the right, and to safely drive the steering gear and the brake system in a correct manner, to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this, while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and neglected to turn to the left in violation of the signal while the traffic signal at the intersection is yellow, and discovered and immediately operated a GMW car driven by the victim F (28 years old) who was on the direction of the operation of the said vehicle, but did not avoid the vehicle due to alcohol and received the front part of the victim's vehicle in front of the left side of the Defendant's vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury such as light fluoral dump, which requires treatment for about two weeks to the victim.
