On July 7, 2017, the Defendant driven a B observer car with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.127% from the 100-meter section to the 3rd road of the same Eup/Myeon, Seogu-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan City, for a light of around 03:12, the Defendant driven the B observer car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.127%.
