Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Building Act in the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court. From May 2012, 2012, the Defendant operated the “C” located in Gangnam-si B, and around March 2, 2015, received a contract for the construction of a new gate on the ground of the land of Gangnam-si from D around March 2, 2015, and operated the same year.
