1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,532,90 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.

According to the facts without dispute between the parties, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including additional numbers) and the purport of the whole pleadings, ① the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods equivalent to KRW 50,532,90 on May 31, 2014, but did not receive KRW 34,532,900 from the defendant, ② the plaintiff and the defendant on December 30, 2017, paid KRW 15,000,000 among the defendant's goods payment liability to the plaintiff, and the plaintiff paid KRW 34,532,90,000 to the plaintiff on December 30, 2018, the plaintiff paid KRW 15,00,000 each month from January 20 to 15, 200, and the defendant paid KRW 34,532,90,000 to the plaintiff at the rate of 10,000 per annum, and the defendant paid damages for delay to the plaintiff at the rate of 10,200.1.

According to the above facts, the defendant lost the benefit of time due to the failure of the defendant to perform the installment payment obligation under the agreement of this case.

Therefore, according to the instant agreement, the Defendant is obligated to pay 3,532,900 won unpaid to the Plaintiff (=34,532,900 won - 1,000,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum, which is the agreed delay damages rate from October 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
