A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:10 on October 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 50,000 to receive marina; (b) taken clothes; and (c) demanded female employees to return money in order to leave the said place by changing mind; (d) but the Defendant refused such demand; (b) taken a bath that “I are bad, bad, cream, the same year, and shot; (c) died of the said place; and (c) taken a blick of the victim C (49 years of age); (d) taken a son’s face; (e) taken a flick face; and (e) taken a right-hand face; and (e) taken a flicking me face; and (e) taken 4 weeks on the left-hand face; and (e) taken measures for treatment of the said place, and (e) taken an injury on the left-hand side of the victim C (4) week.

The Defendant damaged the property by assaulting the victim at the same time and place as described in paragraph (1) at the same time as described in paragraph (1), and destroying the property equivalent to approximately KRW 1,035,00 in total, by destroying the cell phone of approximately KRW 275,00,000 in the market price prior to the 205,00,000 of the market price of the 2,105,000.
