The Defendant with the indication of the claim filed an application for compulsory auction for real estate auction with the above court C in accordance with the payment order of the retirement allowance case in Gwangju District Court 2018j312. The Plaintiff deposited KRW 6,202,194, including the principal, interest, execution expenses, etc. on the above payment order, as the sum of the principal, interest, execution expenses, etc. on the above payment order, and thus, the compulsory execution under the above payment order should be denied.
