Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of a vehicle B 1 ton and is engaged in street prizes related to the repair of bicycles and the sale of goods using the above vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration license plate nor make it illegible, and even if such a motor vehicle is not operated, the defendant parked a vehicle B1 ton in order to sell bicycle appliances loaded on the side on the side in front of the "(D) D" located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on June 6, 2020, and made it difficult for the defendant to identify the registration license plate by setting up a chair in front of the front license plate.
