Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2013, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.072% at a distance of about 500 meters from the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Response Cancer to the front road of about 195-67.
