Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a car of approximately 60 meters in B from the vicinity of the shooting distance of the original elementary school located in Seoul to the Dobong-ro 495, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.138% among the blood transfusions around 22:38.
