Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2017, at around 19:30 on December 1, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest on the ground that the Defendant was absent from the lecture room No. 502 located in the fifth floor of the D Building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the Defendant was taking a bad attitude without any reflectivity before the Defendant, who is an instructor of the said private teaching institute, on the ground that he was absent from the lecture room No. 502, the victim was the victim.
