1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. On August 19, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a goods supply contract with the Defendant, and the Defendant set the 360 won unit price for bread mixtures to sell them to the Plaintiff, but the Plaintiff deposited 30 million won with the Defendant as transaction deposit, and the contract period is one year.

Accordingly, on July 26, 2013, the Plaintiff paid KRW 30 million as deposit to the Defendant, including KRW 20 million, and KRW 10 million on August 16, 2013.

After that, the above commodity supply contract was terminated on August 19, 2014.

Although the Defendant decided to return to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 25 million calculated by deducting the unpaid amount of KRW 5 million from the said amount of KRW 30 million, the Defendant paid only KRW 500,000 to the Plaintiff.

2. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the deposit amount of KRW 24,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the complaint, to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable and acceptable.
