1. A distribution table prepared by the same court on November 21, 2014 with respect to the Seoul Northern District Court B real estate auction case.

Reasons

1. The following facts may be acknowledged in light of the purport of the entire pleadings in each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 2, 3, and 5 as to the basic facts.

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant leased an apartment with the indication of the attached real estate (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartment”) as the leased deposit of KRW 35,00,000, and the term of lease of KRW 21, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the lease of this case”).
