Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 30, 2018, from around 02:40 to around 03:03, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license; (b) obtained a driver’s license on a section of approximately 3.8 km from the front of the Dong-dong, Seoyang-si to the front of the entrance of the D Bank located in C; and (c) driven a XG car without obtaining a driver’s license.
