Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Some of the facts charged were revised to the extent that it does not interfere with guaranteeing the defendant's right of defense against the Automobile Management Act.

A person who acquires a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days.

Nevertheless, on February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained the volume of TG car free of charge from a person in the name in the name of 40 first half that he/she was a customer of the said main shop in the street near Daegu-gu Seoul metropolitan area; and (b) did not file an application for the registration of the transfer of ownership of the said vehicle.

2. On June 12, 2013, a person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but operated the motor vehicle without purchasing mandatory insurance, even before the D's stores located in the studio-dong, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by the defendant, from around D's stores in the studio parking lot.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning each of the police suspects against the accused, F, or G;

1. Application of a detailed statement of notification, ledger of driver's license, ledger of motor vehicle registration, and Acts and subordinate statutes confirming subscription to mandatory insurance;

Article 81 Subparag. 2 and Article 12(1) of the former Automobile Management Act (amended by Act No. 13686, Dec. 29, 2015); Article 46(2)2 and the main sentence of Article 8 of the former Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act (amended by Act No. 12987, Jan. 6, 2015); and each selective fine, as to the crime, shall be imposed.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
