1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 30,000,000 won and 20% per annum from December 4, 2004 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the evidence No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendants against the Seoul Southern District Court 2004Kadan57261, Dec. 22, 2004, the above court rendered a favorable judgment against the plaintiff that "the defendants jointly together with the plaintiff for 74,458,019 won, and 6% per annum from September 1, 2004 to December 3, 2004, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment." The above judgment is recognized to have been finalized on January 30, 2005.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from December 4, 2004 to the full payment date under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
