The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of all of the facts charged in this case against the defendant's child care loan company, Gyeongbuk-do Fisheries Cooperatives, and Hybdra, and it did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by violating the principle of presumption of innocence and the principle of court-oriented trials, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
