A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), under the influence of alcohol, such as a vehicle in front of the Seo-gu D building in the Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Pyeong-gu, Seoul Special Police Station EdistrictF, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, such as a vehicle in a two-lane road owned by the Defendant among three-lanes, in which the Defendant was seated in the seat of the Gllow-low driver on the two-lane road.

There is a reasonable reason to recognize it, and it was demanded to respond to the drinking measurement by inserting the whole 20 minutes of the drinking measuring instrument.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not comply with a police officer's request for measurement of drinking without justifiable grounds.

2. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties requested the Defendant to respond to a measurement of drinking, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, in front of the building, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, for the purpose of drinking, as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) caused the Defendant to refuse a demand for alcohol measurement; (b) caused the Defendant’s drinking of H on one occasion in the direction of the E zone belonging to the Ilsan Police Station Ear-gu, Busan; (c) “Ilk kn, drinking, and drinking; (d) knick knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb knb k, a police officer belonging to the same knb knb.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the measurement of drinking alcohol by police officers.
