Punishment of the crime

이어서 경위 H이 “경찰관입니다. 공무집행방해 혐의가 추가될 수 있습니다.”라고 여러 차례 경고를 하며 주의를 주었음에도 순찰차 밖으로 나와 그곳 바닥에 드러누운 후, 두 발로 경위 H의 가슴과 다리 부분을 수회 걷어찼다.
