1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On February 21, 2007, the Seoul Regional Land Management Office Notice No. 2007-19, Nov. 18, 201, No. 2011-317 of the Seoul Regional Land Management Office published on Nov. 23, 201, the head of the Gun to strengthen the consultation period on May 23, 2012, sent to the Plaintiff a request for consultation on compensation for the instant project by setting the consultation period until June 8, 2012.

Since then on June 28, 2012, the head of the Gun newly sent a request for consultation on compensation by fixing the period of consultation as of July 15, 2012.

However, the Plaintiff and the head of reinforced Gun did not reach an agreement on compensation, but on July 5, 2012, the Plaintiff requested the head of reinforced Gun to file an application for adjudication with the head of reinforced Gun pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Public Works Act”) and Article 14(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

The Central Land Expropriation Commission's ruling on expropriation on November 16, 2012 - Subject to expropriation: "B large 1,012 square meters or less owned by the Plaintiff" is "land 1 in this case."

The "the second land of this case" shall be the "the second land of this case," not exceeding 44 m2,000 square meters in Incheon Strengthening-gun

- - Compensation for losses on January 9, 2013: 2,325,217,390 won (29,079,600 won building 1,627,306,90 won and building 1,627,306,90 won of land 1 in this case) were invalidated due to the payment or deposit of the above compensation until January 9, 2013.

On January 15, 2013, the Plaintiff sent content-certified mail to the head of reinforced Gun to request the adjudication to be made as soon as possible, because the adjudication of expropriation was invalidated because the Central Land Tribunal did not deposit the compensation according to the adjudication of expropriation on November 16, 2012.

On October 30, 2013, the head of the strengthened Gun shall budget the plaintiff in an inferior financial condition.
