A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Gangseo Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on May 20, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on May 20, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant committed assaulting the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning reporting and withdrawal operation on the ground that: (a) on February 24, 2014, the Defendant: (b) around 14:50 on February 24, 2014, when he received a disturbance report in front of the “Dar” set forth in the East Sea C and called the Defendant to return home; and (c) the background F of the E Zone set up in the East Sea Police Station E zone was called the Defendant to return home; (d) the Defendant 4 times as he/she drinks the above F, with his/her hands off the F’s course, and (d) one time at his/her left hand.

2. Performance of official duties, etc. on April 14, 2014;

가. 피고인은 2014. 4. 14. 18:18경 동해시 G에 있는 H편의점 앞 노상에서 소란신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 동해경찰서 E지구대 소속 경위 I, 경위 J이 피고인에게 소란을 피우지 말고 귀가할 것을 요구하자 경위 J 및 성명불상의 행인들이 듣고 있는 가운데 위 피해자 I에게 “씹새야, 개새끼야, 니 모가지 날아가 볼래, 좆빨고 있네, 좆까고 있네, 이 간나 새끼들아, 눈깔이 사시미 한다, 야, 나 A이야, 벌금 때려봐, 내가 교도소에서 살인자 천명을 거느리다가 욕만 배웠다, 지랄하네, 뒤진다”며 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

B.
